M & M has been my go-to HVAC company since 2021, when they helped us choose and install a new furnace along with a complete heating and air conditioning system. The entire process was easy, and the new system made our home much more comfortable. Since then, they’ve been the only company I recommend to friends and family whenever they need heating, cooling work. It’s hard to find a company that’s consistently reliable, but M & M has always delivered. Their team is always prompt, communicates well, and keeps me updated by text/email throughout appointments, which I really appreciate. It’s the little things like that, combined with the quality of their work, that make them stand out. If you’re looking for an honest, dependable HVAC company that genuinely takes care of its customers I highly recommend M & M.

Highly recommend M&M. I used them for both plumbing and electrical and experienced great customer service. The front desk was easy to work with for scheduling and payments. My plumbing technician David T. was excellent, communicating with me throughout the entire process and giving me the ability to weigh in on decisions that needed to be made. My electrical technician was Joey and he was fantastic. Extremely knowledgeable, easy to communicate with, and also continued to communicate throughout the entire job to make sure I was being included in decisions and able to give clarification when needed to make sure everything I needed done was being done. I could not recommend David and Joey highly enough!

I had a great experience with M and M! I really appreciate that they called ahead with their ETA as they were ahead of schedule! Joe was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything he found and answered all of my questions without making me feel pressured. I also loved that they included photos to support their recommendations and emailed a detailed report afterward with transparent pricing for any maintenance or repairs. It made it easy to understand the condition of my system and make informed decisions. Excellent communication, honest service and a very professional experience. I highly recommend M and M!
