Trenchless Pipe
Lining & Repair
Repair your sewer line from the inside — no digging, no destroyed landscaping. A new pipe within your old pipe that lasts for decades.
Fix Your Sewer Line Without Destroying Your Yard
Traditional sewer repair means digging a trench across your yard, driveway, or landscaping. Trenchless pipe lining eliminates that disruption by creating a brand-new pipe inside your existing one.
A resin-saturated liner is inserted through an access point, inflated against the pipe walls, and cured in place. The result is a seamless, jointless pipe that's resistant to roots, corrosion, and leaks — with a lifespan of 50+ years.
M&M uses camera inspection to determine if your pipes qualify for lining, so you get an honest assessment before committing to any work.
Benefits of Pipe Lining
A modern solution that saves time, money, and your property.
No Excavation
Your yard, driveway, landscaping, and sidewalks stay intact. We access the pipe through existing cleanouts or small access points.
Faster Completion
Most pipe lining jobs are completed in 1–2 days, compared to a week or more for traditional excavation and replacement.
Root-Resistant
The cured liner creates a seamless, jointless pipe with no entry points for tree roots — eliminating the most common cause of sewer line failure.
50+ Year Lifespan
Cured-in-place pipe liners are engineered to last decades. Many come with manufacturer warranties for added peace of mind.
Cost-Effective
No excavation means no costs to restore your yard, driveway, or landscaping. The total project cost is often less than traditional replacement.
Residential & Commercial
Pipe lining works for homes, restaurants, offices, and other commercial properties. Minimal disruption to your business operations.

Our Process
Camera Inspection
We inspect your sewer line with an HD camera to assess the pipe condition and determine if lining is a viable option.
Clean & Prepare
We hydro-jet the pipe to remove roots, buildup, and debris. A clean pipe surface is critical for proper liner adhesion.
Install the Liner
A resin-saturated flexible liner is pulled into position, inflated against the pipe walls, and cured in place using air pressure or UV light.
Final Inspection
Once cured, we run a final camera inspection to verify the liner is properly seated and your sewer line is fully restored.
Pipe Lining Questions
Is pipe lining as strong as a new pipe?
Yes. Cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) liners create a structural, jointless pipe within your existing pipe. The liner material is resistant to corrosion, root intrusion, and chemical damage, with a rated lifespan of 50+ years.
Can all pipes be lined?
Not always. Pipes that are fully collapsed, severely misaligned, or have lost too much structural integrity may require traditional replacement. That's why we always start with a camera inspection — so we can give you an honest assessment before recommending lining.
How long does pipe lining take?
Most residential pipe lining jobs are completed in 1–2 days. This includes cleaning, liner installation, and curing. Your water service is typically restored the same day the liner is installed.
Does pipe lining reduce the diameter of my pipe?
The liner adds a thin layer (typically 4–6mm) to the pipe wall, which slightly reduces the internal diameter. However, because the new surface is smoother than the old pipe, flow capacity is actually improved in most cases.
Is pipe lining cheaper than replacing the sewer line?
In most cases, yes. The lining itself is competitively priced, and you avoid the significant costs of excavation, landscape restoration, driveway repair, and longer project timelines that come with traditional replacement.
